Raeann Rouse, Client Care Specialist
Rachel grew up in Northern Michigan but spent lots of time with family along the West Michigan lakeshore and eventually settled in Grand Rapids to raise her family. She is not only a talented kitchen designer but she has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to anything real estate. Rachel and her family have had their own successful furnished rental space since before it was popular. She works hard to make sure our homes are in the most sought after areas and are ready for our guests to have an exceptional 5 star stay.
Raeann brings over 30 years of unparalleled customer service experience to her role as Client Care Specialist. Her extensive background, including successfully owning and operating her own retail business, has honed her ability to understand and meet customer needs with precision and care. Known for her detail-oriented approach and strong work ethic, Raeann is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring every guest feels valued and supported. Her passion for helping others and commitment to excellence make her the perfect fit for this role.
Jerri Draves, Service Manager
Jerri brings her expertise in real estate and management to her role as Service Manager at Michigan Furnished Rentals. A West Michigan native, she has years of experience in buying, selling, and managing homes, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to both renters and homebuyers. Her background in hospitality, combined with her realtor skills, ensures that each property is thoughtfully prepared, and every guest has a five-star experience. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the local community with her Friends, Family and Goldendoodles.
