What is a Mid-Term Rental?
A Mid-term rental is a furnished rental that caters to stays of 30 days or more, but for less than 365 days. Mid term rentals allow you flexible leases and hassle free move in. Just show up and everything is ready to go. Life can be stressful sometimes and our rentals are designed to make living easy.

Are your listings furnished?
Yes! All of our listings are professionally designed and furnished with fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities and all the amenities that you would expect at home.

Can I stay for more than 30 days?
Yes! An average stay is 30-90 days, but you can stay for longer! Leases are signed monthly.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Your rental comes with all utilities paid, including trash, gas, electric, fast Wi-Fi. There are no utility set up fees or the hassle of getting bills in your name!

who do we host?
Traveling business professionals & healthcare workers, families displaced due to insurance claims, separated or divorcing couples, families relocating to the area, people building a new home, families & patients seeking medical care in the area and many others in transition or visiting the area for an extended period of time.

What is the difference between a short-term and mid-term rental?
Because your stay is longer than a week, you will need to take out your own trash (we pay for pick-up!) and wash your own linens and towels. We will provide you with a week worth of coffee, tea, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo and cleaning supplies. If you use up what we provide, you are responsible for supplying those items for the rest of your stay. We do have a cleaning service that you can book to come clean as often as you like for a fee.
